Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Everything Houses (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“you”). By requesting or accepting services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to revision if project requirements change.

3. Work Schedule

Start dates and completion dates are provided in good faith. While we aim to meet all agreed timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material supply issues, or unforeseen site conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment structures will be outlined in your quotation or contract. Deposits may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed.

5. Changes & Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing. Additional work or variations may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide access to the property as required and ensure the site is safe for our team. You are responsible for securing any required permissions unless agreed otherwise.

7. Warranty

Workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable.

8. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing issues, structural defects, or damage resulting from circumstances outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract.

9. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Costs may apply for cancellations after acceptance of a quotation or commencement of work.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
